Biodynamics I
The most significant paradigm emerging in the world of bodywork is Biodynamic craniosacral therapy. Biodynamics explores the sensory experience of
physical incarnation through a refined process of careful and expansive listening to motion as it manifests in the fluids of the body and the space surrounding the body.
Biodynamic practice accesses very deep inertial patterns in the individual and provides new resources to aid the body in self-resolution. It is very gentle and graceful in its application, yet
very potent in its effect.
This four day class serves as a thorough introduction to the fundamental skills and theory of biodynamic work, including:
History of the approach
Neutrality skills
Exploration of the midline as spatial reality and theoretical idea
Discovering and honoring boundaries
Holding a wide perceptual field
Primary Respiration as theory and sensory experience
